Step by Step :
Write sql query and run it.
* Select All Recorts (use ctrl +A)
* Right Click Selected Records
* Click Export
* Select xls from format drop down list and select the path.
* Click Next
* Then click finish button
* Then Open your execl sheet and work with it and enjoy.
